YEKIRA is a video game with a descent of thirty three depths. Relics are digital collectibles (NFTs) on the Solana blockchain. They are earned by playing. They are not sold by us, not drawn at random, and not awarded by chance.

YEKIRA is entertainment. It is not an investment, a security, a fund, or a financial product. Nothing here is a promise of profit, resale value, future features, or continued operation.

The Covenant is the right to play, bought once for 0.33 SOL. There are three thousand three hundred and thirty three, and then no more. One per wallet.

Payment is made on chain, directly, wallet to wallet. It cannot be refunded, by us or by anyone, because we never hold it: a blockchain transaction is final and irreversible by design.

Covenants are currently not transferable or resellable. That may change; if it does, it will be announced before it takes effect.

A relic thou hast earned is minted to thy wallet and is thine. We hold no standing power over it: we cannot move it, freeze it, or take it back.

Thou canst barter a relic for another thou wantest, wallet to wallet, with no house key between you. Nothing is ever sold through us, and we hold no power to move thy relic at any point.

Thou ownest the token. Thou dost not own the artwork itself: the images, names, music, and lore remain ours. Thou mayst display, hold, sell, or transfer thy relic freely, including on other marketplaces.

Stated plainly, because a buyer should not have to read our code to find it out.

The artwork and details of a relic are served from our website, not from the blockchain. That means we can change what a relic looks like or what its description says, including after thou hast bought it. We do not intend to, other than to fix errors, but thou art trusting us on that point.

We hold the key that creates relics. It can mint new relics into the same collection. It cannot touch a relic that is already thine.

We can suspend, change, or end the game or this site, at any time. Relics already minted stay in thy wallet on the blockchain and do not depend on us continuing to exist.

The only fee is the barter fee: a small flat amount (about 0.006 SOL per side), paid by whoever closes a trade. Work for work, wallet to wallet. There is no marketplace, no sale, and no percentage taken from anything.

Solana network fees are separate and are always paid by thee.

Blockchain transactions are final. A payment sent to the wrong address, or a transaction signed by mistake, cannot be reversed by us.

If thou losest access to thy wallet, thy relics are gone. We do not hold thy keys and cannot recover them, restore them, or move thy relics for thee.

The value of a relic can fall to zero. There is no guarantee that anyone will ever want to buy one.

Software has bugs. Blockchains, wallets, and hosting providers have outages. This site has been audited and tested, but no audit makes software perfect.

Thou art responsible for any tax arising from what thou dost here.

Relics answer to deeds performed in the game. Automating play, tampering with the client, exploiting bugs, or forging reports to obtain relics is prohibited.

Where we find relics obtained that way, we may refuse to mint them, decline to list them, and refuse a wallet further access. We cannot and will not seize a relic already in thy wallet.

RADIANT relics and the thirty three Genesis paintings are reviewed by a human before they are minted. That review can take time and can be refused.

Thou must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter this agreement where thou livest.

Do not use YEKIRA if thou art subject to sanctions, or if buying or holding digital assets is unlawful where thou art. That is thy responsibility to know.

We do not ask for thy name, address, or documents. What we keep is thy public wallet address, what thou hast earned and traded, and basic technical logs.

A blockchain is public and permanent. Thy wallet address, thy relics, and thy trades are visible to anyone, for ever, and we cannot erase them.

The leaderboard and the public activity feed show wallet addresses and gameplay results. Do not use YEKIRA with a wallet thou needest to keep private.

YEKIRA is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to thee is limited to what thou hast actually paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost value, or losses caused by thy own keys, thy own signatures, a wallet provider, a blockchain, or events beyond our control.

Nothing here removes rights thou hast under mandatory consumer law where thou livest.

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced on this site, and the date above will be updated. Continuing to use YEKIRA after that means thou acceptest them.

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go before the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory protection of thy local consumer law.
